If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, you will be rescheduled. NO EXCEPTIONS.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:
DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK AND SECURE ALL TATTOO,SKINCARE AND LASH APPOINTMENTS. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-NEGOTIABLE.
If you need to reschedule an already existing Tattoo, skincare, or lash appointment you can carry your booking fee over to the new appt.
This is a 1 time courtesy and must be rescheduled at time of cancellation.
If not made, there will be an additional booking fee. No exceptions.
However, if you reschedule more than the 1 time, you will be required to pay another booking fee and the fees for that year will also apply.

Please plan accordingly if you are traveling from out of town. My scheduling is very structured, and I cannot run behind. Please arrive 15 minutes early to find parking and fill out paperwork. Studio space is limited. For safety reasons, no guests or pets are allowed. Please wear a mask.

*If you have had your eyebrows done by Natalee, and went to another artist for a touch up, and come back to Natalee to fix or touch up, you will have to pay THE full or correction price again. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Natalee does not work on clients who:
*Have had laser removal on the eyebrows (This is due to issues with scar tissue.)
*Are pregnant
*Breastfeeding
*Have fever
*Are under 18 years of age.
*Are on Accutane or any acne medications – must be off Accutane for one year before having any procedure done
*Have eyebrow hair transplants
*Have used Latisse or any hair growth serum – must be off 4 weeks prior to appointment
*Are on Prednisone or any steroid medication –must be off 4 weeks prior to appointment
*Have Botox or other injectables – must be off 4 weeks prior to appointment
*Are on antibiotics or antiviral medication – must be off 4 weeks prior to appointment
*Have had a chemical peel – must wait 4 weeks prior to appointment
*Have heart disease, mitral valve prolapse (MVP) or a pacemaker
*Have methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)
*Have hepatitis A, B, or C
* Are using any retinol cream, Emu oils, alpha hydroxy, anti-aging creams or any exfoliant – must be off 4 weeks prior to appointment
*Are taking fertility treatments/medications – must be off 3 to 4 months prior to appointment
*Have eczema or acute/seborrheic dermatitis in or around the area (this includes chronic shedding, bumps, redness, irritation, or flaking of the skin in the eyebrow area)
*Have type 1 or 2 diabetes (These individuals are prone to slow healing and infection.)
*Have super thin/vascular skin
*Are knowingly under the influence of drugs or any mood altering drugs/medications (i.e. Valium) YOU WILL BE CANCELED AND RESCHEDULED!
*Have any type of organ transplant that requires anti-rejection medications
NOTE: If you have epilepsy, hemophilia, or heart disease of any kind, consult a physician prior to any permanent makeup procedure.

The hair stroke technique WILL NOT work on everyone.
Those with the conditions below will need to be aware that results may vary:
*Trichotillomania-pulling disorder (Due to scar tissue, the pigment will not retain well and WILL blur.)
* Are using any retinol cream, Emu oils, alpha hydroxy, anti-aging creams or any exfoliant – must be off 4 weeks prior to appointment
*Botox – must be off for 4 weeks
*Latisse or any hair growth serum – must be off for 30 days
*Large pores or severely oily skin – for these clients I suggest powder brows and do not recommend microblading.
*Have thyroid or Graves’ disease – medications cause the pigment not to retain properly.
*Alopecia – due to change in skin and follicles, not all types of Alopecia clients are candidates for hair strokes.
*If you arrive with a tan – NO sun 7 days before and 30 days after in the treatment area. Natalee will not argue with you if you come in with a tan. Pigments implanted in tan skin WILL heal darker, appear ashy and WILL NOT look like hair strokes.
You will lose your deposit and will not be put back on the schedule again without the approval of Natalee.
Fitzpatrick skin types 1-2 (redheads or blondes with fair skin and light eyes), you will be red and swollen. Sometimes the pigment will not retain well and you may require additional procedures.
Fitzpatrick skin types 3-6, please note that the hair strokes will not be as visible as they are on lighter skin types.
