Cancellation Policy

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance, in order to avoid being charged full price for the service that would be provided. 

 

DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK AND SECURE ALL TATTOO, MAKE UP, MICRONEEDLING SERVICES. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-NEGOTIABLE.

If you need to reschedule an already existing tattoo, Microneedling or make up appointment  you can carry your booking fee over to the new appt. 

This is a 1 time courtesy and must be rescheduled at time of cancellation. 

If not made, there will be an additional booking fee.  No exceptions.

However, if you reschedule more than the 1 time, you will be required to pay another booking fee and the fees for that year will also apply.
